Hello World!!!
A big FUCK YOU to you all. I am kidding. I am actually pretty sane but I really think that cursing and swearing are well rooted in our society. We shune the very words that help us to hate and love, insult and complement, express ourselves and spew nonsense.
So join me in my journey to explore the world we need to fucking embrace; the world of swearing. I started my journey by creating a CD called Professor Crass: International Cursing 101. I made it because I quickly realized as a Polish speaking American that the first words everyone wants to know from a different language is ‘Fuck’ and ‘Shit’. So I made a CD that is a crash course in curse words in multiple languages. Above all, it has culturally specific words and phrases. For example, who knew calling someone a ‘pubic hair’ in India is an insult. That’s funny shit. I also included instructions on how to perform culturally specific offensive hand gestures. All in all, it was fun doing the research and I had artists compose the cover so it’s a fun gift for students and travelers.
